about

Another Story was the next chapter in my musical journey. It's a mixture of styles with some standards, original tunes and a pop song reflecting the diverse nature of the accordion and my own musical influences.
I'd been working with Fred Baker for about eight years and whatever I threw at him he came up with the goods. On this recording he works twice as hard playing both guitar and bass.
Sara Colman has always been one of my favourite singers and it was a pleasure to work with her at last. Her creative input was invaluable.
I initially met Andy Tween at Guildhall School of Music and then many years later when I moved to the West Country. He was Seth Lakeman's drummer at the time but I managed to steal him for a day.
